U.S. Bellows Designed and fabricated single expansion joints for a chemical facility in Canada. They are designed for a 4″ pipe. These single joints have an axial movement of 1″ and a spring rate of 425 lb./in. The design pressure is 150 PSIG at 300°F. Each unit underwent a dye penetrant exam and hydro test prior to shipment.
